QUESTION: I want to order more than one copy of an item, but I don't see anywhere to enter the quantity -- I only see an "Add to Cart" button.
ANSWER: When you click the "Add to Cart" button, your Shopping Cart appears, showing the item(s) you've ordered. In the "Quantity" box next to the item of which you want multiple copies, enter the number of copies you want, and then click the "Update Cart" button.
QUESTION: I notice that your orders are processed by PayPal. I don't have a PayPal account, and I don't want one. Can I place an order without having a PayPal account?

The bottom section of that page is headed "Don't have a PayPal Account?" Click the "Continue" button in that section, and you can use any credit card you want to, without having to open a PayPal account.
QUESTION: I've got several items in my shopping cart, and I want to remove one or more of them. How do I do that?
ANSWER: Click the "View Cart" button on any of the product pages. That will display the current contents of your shopping cart. Click the "Remove" checkbox next to the item that you want to remove from the cart, and then click the "Update Cart" button. Finally, click the "Continue Shopping" button to return to the Axis Terrae website.
QUESTION: I've made some mistakes on my order, or I've changed my mind, and I want to cancel the order. How do I do that?
ANSWER: NOTE: This cancellation process only applies only if you are cancelling the order BEFORE paying for it.
An order cannot be cancelled if you have gone through the complete checkout process including clicking the "Pay" button.
TO CANCEL AN ORDER BEFORE PAYING FOR IT:
If your shopping cart is not currently visible, click the "View Cart" button on any of the product pages.
When the cart is visible, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. This takes you to a page headed "Enter Payment Information."
At the bottom of that page (under the credit-card illustrations) click the "Continue" button.
This takes you to a page headed "Billing Information."
AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THAT PAGE there is a link that says "Cancel and Return to Merchant:.
Click that link, and your order will be cancelled.
